Pursuant to NHRSA §675:7 notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held by the North Hampton Planning Board on Thursday, January 16, 2003 at 7:00 PM at the North Hampton Town Hall to consider:
2nd Public Hearing for
Proposed Amendments to the Wetlands Buffer Zone Restriction Section 409.9 of the Zoning Ordinance
Public Hearing for
1. Citizens Petition:
On petition of John J. Cafarella and 25 or more registered voters of the Town of North Hampton hereby submit a petition or article pursuant to RSA 675:4: "To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map to relocate the boundary between the Industrial Business [I-B/R] and Residential 3 [R-3] Districts so that the parcels of land known as
Tax Map #017-077-000,
Tax Map #017-078-000,
Tax Map #017-079-000, and
Tax Map #017-029-000
are included in the Industrial Business [I-B/R] District."
2. Proposed Amendments to the Site Plan Review Regulations which include (a) Architectural, (b) Landscaping, (c) Noise and (d) As-Built Drawings.
This Public Hearing may be continued at the Board's discretion.
The Public is encouraged to attend.
Documentation of the proposed amendments is available for public review at the following locations: Town Clerk's Office, North Hampton Public Library and Town Services Office 2nd Floor of Police Station - Rear Entrance).
